Salem's Haunted Magic Show- Salem, Massachusetts

Looking for something to do to get in the Halloween spirit? Check out the Salem Magic Show !  The show had us on the edge of our seat. Every year is a different theme. This year it was phobias.   The magician did a great job of getting the crowd involved and keeping everyone in suspense.  Afterwards we went to see the Old Burying Point Cemetery and walk around town. There were lots of street displays and people dressed in costumes. You can also check out the witch shops and Halloween street décor. Be share to make a trip up to Salem while the Halloween spirit is still in the air! Maine's Renowned Rocky Coastline- Newcastle Inn

This past weekend we made a trip up the coast of Maine to Newcastle Inn , to enjoy a beautiful fall weekend. The Newcastle Bed & Breakfast was the perfect embodiment of a Maine getaway.  The Inn features 14 distinct guest rooms and is situated on the Damariscotta River, providing picturesque scenery. Our room was charming and spacious and the fresh cooked morning breakfast was the best way to start each day. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and Julie, the Innkeeper and owner, shared many great dining and activity recommendations. After heeding Julie’s recommendations, we set out for a busy Saturday. To get our blood flowing, we started with a hike at La Verna Preserve .  Located about twenty minutes from the Inn, the hike was about a three mile loop trail that featured beautiful woodlands, leading to Maine’s renowned, rocky coastline.  Following the hike, we made a few quick stops to visit the  Pemaquid Point Lighthouse  and th
